Brine defroster, geothermal pre-conditioning

“G-2001/G-4001/G-6001/G-8001”

The geothermal pre-conditioning heats intake air in winter and cools it in summer, serving as a frost protection component for ventilation units. The brine in the geothermal heat collector absorbs soil temperature and transfers it to the intake air within the unit's heat exchanger. The unit includes a G4 filter to protect against contamination.

The unit must be connected to the circulation pump, safety group, and control system by the customer. Units are available in two versions: “R” (Right) and “L” (Left). The “R” version directs airflow to the right side of the ventilation unit, while the “L” version directs it to the left. The filter should be positioned accordingly.

Expanded Capabilities – Efficient Ventilation Air heating Using Warm Water (Duct Water Heater)

Our solution enables the use of the building’s heating system water to additionally post heat the supply air, duct water heater. This approach provides:

  • Efficient air heating even at relatively low water temperatures (for example, 25–40°C), which are typical for modern, energy-efficient heating systems.
  • Flexibility and expanded equipment usage possibilities in various buildings and heating solutions.
  • Consistent and comfortable indoor climate throughout the year, reducing the risk of the ventilation system supplying excessively cold air during winter.
  • Energy efficiency – by utilizing existing heat, there is no need for additional electric heating devices, thus reducing operating costs.

This solution is especially suitable for buildings with low-temperature heating systems (such as underfloor heating, heat pumps), where both energy efficiency and comfort are important.
